With the latest update this game has replaced DCS for me.

- The equipment simulation is the most realistic I have ever seen
- The game is affordable, accessible, and has good tutorials
- While the aircraft are fictional, they're very believable, each one being a generalized representation of its given role and generation
- The weather is beautiful, and influences your aircraft in realistic ways

In particular though? This is the only simulator that properly handles sensors, stealth, and electronic warfare. Pretty much nothing is RNG here, the seekers in missiles work as close to real life as possible. No more of DCS and Arma with their "you rolled flawless on the RNG so one chaff magically defeated all missiles".

I also love the vibe of the alternate earth this game has going, and hope we get more story content.
