Well, its a mix of various things, sometimes partially inspired by recent dreams, other times its inspired by older weird tf2 maps like Xenons harbl_hotel and mario_kart maps.
Theres not too much meaning behind the maps, but I do tend to put a lot of thought into it while making it, despite its unorganized nature (planning, drawing, picking out images that mean something to me or is funny to me, music I like, etc)
It just feels right and nostalgic to make, sorta like an outlet of unfiltered creation.
I would say my style originates a lot from some of my favorite manga such as "Blame!", which has a lot of huge structures and weird architecture, and just "strange, weird and abstract" things, which I am a big fan of in level design and environment art.
