Quickly became one of my favourite games in recent memory. I somehow ended up on the store page, clicked through some screenshots and thought "Wow I love the aesthetic of this, I'm in." What I was expecting was a walking simulator with some nice visuals, but what I got was so much more. Atmospheric, terrifying at times, peaceful at others, thought-provoking, sometimes silly, other times somber, and just downright bizarre. It really nails the dreamlike vibe. If you're remotely interested in it, I highly recommend just jumping in without looking any further, and playing it alone and with no distractions - an experience for sure. Also don't miss out on the extra worlds after you beat the game, the underwater world was my favourite, and it's criminal that only 30% of people have seen it.

Really solid fast-paced action roguelite. Charming artstyle, banger soundtrack, good build variety, lots of secrets to find, hella fun co-op. I can't find anything to nitpick about, as all that was on my mind while playing was how much ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun I was having. Just play it.

I tried out the demo for about 10 minutes, and that was all I needed to fall in love and purchase it. Honestly some of the most instant fun I've had playing a singleplayer game in awhile, enjoyed every second of it. Visually charming, controls well, soundtrack bops, level designs are super cute. Easy recommend at this price for anyone who loves platformers. Also should be Steam Deck verified, because it was perfect on there.

If you're looking for "good" gameplay and polish stay faaar away from this.
But if you're looking for a cute and silly game to play with friends then this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious, I was crying laughing at times. The game is so janky and ridiculous and that's what makes it great, I love it. Would noot and bonk everything to death again.

Really cozy little game reminiscent of the cooking/time management games I used to play as a kid. Gameplay feels surprisingly refreshing with all of the different buffs you can get, gathering, and adjusting recipes to suit who you're serving. Soundtrack is lovely and the art is obnoxiously adorable. Ran into a number of bugs, but it looks like they've already been fixed in the several updates since I bought it a few days ago. Well worth the price, cute and relaxing as heck.

If you enjoy JRPGs and farming/life sims, this game right here is your holy grail. If I had to pick an all time favourite game/series, I’d go with Rune Factory hands down. It combines every single element that I love the most from video games - fantasy setting, action combat, dungeon crawling, excellent story, monster taming, farming/life sim, crafting/forging, etc. all wrapped up in a bow and absolutely overflowing with charm.

There’s a huge amount of content and depth here, and it's pretty open-ended, so you can do whatever you want at your own pace. Tons of skills to level up, including some...really strange ones. There's a skill for...sleeping. And walking. You level up just by running around...it's stupid, but satisfying at the same time haha. Taming in this game is really neat. You can tame pretty much any monster in the game, and that includes BOSSES. Instead of buying your farm animals, you tame them. After you get milk from your cow, you can ride it into battle as your mighty steed. You could tame a bunch of ants and make them water your crops for you. The story...I don't want to spoil anything, but I was so invested in the game that I cried. All of the characters are great, the marriage candidates are adorable as heck (Dolce best girl) good luck trying to pick who to marry (just save and marry them all, duh. no gay marriage is big sad though) The combat is pretty simple but addictive, and there's a good amount of weapon types to choose from. Tons of customization with different abilities, magic spells, and forging. Plenty of room for some fun builds.

The only “negative” thing I could possibly say is purely subjective and will only bother some people - but this is not a new game, and doesn’t play like one. This is an 9 year old 3DS game with some slightly better graphics and small additions. It will show its age at times, and if you’re coming in expecting a brand new shiny game with perfect controls, you might find yourself disappointed because it’s a bit "clunky." Also, this game doesn't really hold your hand. You might find yourself lost and unsure where to go or what to do, but that's half the fun - exploring and figuring things out yourself. As long as you keep that in mind, I can’t possibly praise and recommend this game more highly.

Please bring back Rune Factory 1-3 and Frontier as well, these games are absolute gems, were ahead of their time, and didn't get nearly enough love.
