To resume L.A. Noire quickly, it's the story of a LAPD cop named Cole Phelps and his rise & fall in the police system, all while questioning a bunch of people about various crimes. This game manages to immerse you into the past, in the late 40's as a LA police officer trying to climb the ladder.

I like alot of things about this game: The ambience, the music, the facial system, the captivating storyline, the relevance of almost everything placed in the decor, the dialogue, etc, and the list goes on. Rockstar/Team Bondi (R.I.P.) have done an amazing job on this game, making sure to create a different feel than in their previous games (such as Bully or GTA). There is no other game like this one, and that's a quality I love when it comes to good games.

The story will run you at the very minimum at least 26 hours (DLC included) and you can then retry past cases individually to try and get better. I like to play through L.A. Noire about once every 1/1,5 years (it's kinda like a movie, where it's as enjoyable as the first time once you let some time pass and come back to it).

I would recommend getting the complete edition of this game to any fan of Noire TV series or movies, and fans of well scripted detective games. DO NOT come into L.A. Noire expecting exactly the same as GTA but as a cop in the 40's because you will be very dissapointed. That being said, the game is amazing, probably the most immersive game i've played.

If you like the base game then you will love the DLC! Some of the best cases i've played are in this DLC (I really liked ''Nicholson Electroplating'' and the 2 vice cases add some length to that chapter of the game). I recommend getting the L.A. Noire Complete Edition if you can.

Her Story is a very fun detective game where you're placed infront of a computer in the early 2000's, and you have to go through video files of a woman to understand what you're looking for, and what is happening. The game makes you feel like a detective or a cop looking through evidence and looking for the next clue to type in to learn more. You will have fun playing through it once, but I doubt you can have fun with it after you watched all of the video clips.

All things considered, I highly recommend Her Story because it's a very unique game and it isn't very expensive. I would suggest playing it through in one sitting (about 1h-1h30, if you scrub through the vids you might be able to finish it in 45 mins), and then later finish up the other video segments.

Back when Counter-Strike tried a campaign mode.

The game is a series of mini-objectives against bots on various maps, while the Deleted Scenes extra is a full blown CS campaign with many elements of the online game being brought in with solo FPS gameplay mechanics (such as equipment) to make a fun and hilarious game (the stereotypical russian accents make me laugh every time).

The multiplayer part is quite similar to the original CS but with slightly better textures.

Overall, this isn't a game for people who like CS:GO, it's more for the fans of old school FPS games and OG Counter-Strikers. I do recommend it nonetheless, but keep in mind that the game is over 10 years old.

I got it for free and I enjoyed it for what it was. Wouldn't pay money for it though.

Amazing gaming experience like no other! The narration and the number of paths you can take makes most of your play-throughs quite unique with seemingly random events that are triggered by previous tries.

I recommend The Stanley Parable because it's unique, has an awesome narrator (reminds me of the narration style of portal) and it's overall a unique experience that is a must if you're into interresting video game concepts.

Metro: Last Light is a very good example of a sequel done right. It keeps the amazing atmosphere and storytelling from Metro 2033, but it adds to it and extends the plot for another couple of hours. The game is quite psychological and has everything from funny moments, to heart-tearing ones.

Last Light is best played after the 1st game because it picks up right after the ending, and you won't understand everything if you haven't played 2033's campaign. The story is very rich and has a core message (which I won't spoil) that is, in my opinion, beautiful.

I recommend playing both Metro games because they're wonderful experiences. The attention to detail is amazing and you feel as if the Metro was a living and breathing environment, rich with many people to meet and places to go. If you love amazing stories, get this.

Amazing puzzle/machine building game that has a simple level-by-level progression system where you need to complete a new objective each time. Right now, only 2 of the continents are available but there is many more to do with your creativity inside Besiege.

I recommend this to people who like to play games during breaks or when you have 10-15 minutes to kill.

Half-Life is an amazing FPS experience released almost 20 years ago and that still hold strong today. The graphics will look dated to some, and the sound can be unbearable to others, but the story and the way the environment is layed out makes you realize how much work went into this (It must have been amazing to play this in 1998).

The game is the classic shooter experience where you grind through waves of enemies, sometimes fighting a boss or one of the huge mobs that appear from time to time. The game is very hard, even at the lower difficulties (much harder than HL2) and is a good challenge for fans of old-school FPS classics such as Doom and Quake.

I recommend any game from the Half-Life series because of the effort that went into making these games. If you really can't stand the graphics and sound, you can always check out Black Mesa, a remake of HL1 (it isn't completely done yet iirc).
