Dropsy is a loveable spooky boy whose mission is to cheer up everyone through the power of hugs. He does not give a heck who mistreats him because he will hug them all.

This is a fun survival game to play with friends. I recommend larger groups to make it a bit easier to stay alive although one time someone set my base on fire and destroyed everything so also beware of other players. This game is incredibly challenging and I think the developers might be a bit sadistic because I have never died so many times in a game and kept coming back for more. The crafting is somewhat limited although different characters can craft different things which is neat. It is not a game where you can build a beautiful house or anything like that it is more like trying and failing to survive against a world where everything wants to kill you and when you finally make a friend they end up killing you too (Beefalo betrayal). I do not usually look at guides for games because I like to figure things out on my own but I highly recommend looking up tips and tricks for this game. Also, there are so many mods to add content to the game in the workshop. The price is fair for how much content there is but beware there are a lot of in game things you need real money to buy so the base game will not unlock a largeish portion of additional content.

I bought this game on sale for $1.99 which is what I think it is worth. I would not pay $9.99 for this game. I beat the entire game, collected everything, and got all the achievements in three hours and know I am not a player who rushes through levels. I like looking at everything a game has to offer. Whispering Willows only offered me three hours of gameplay so to me is worth a solid 2 or 3 dollars. Put it on your wishlist and wait for the sale that is my recommendation essentially. I really liked the game mechanics of switching between the spirit realm and the physical realm as well as a room being dark until the player enters it because it added to the suspense. Although, the enemies being so easily avoided kind of drains that suspense. Whispering Willows has everything that a game needs to be great it is just missing a little bit of something more in every category. The playable character Elena can only run outside okay great I am glad she has manners, but most of the gameplay is inside and the only company around is ghosts. It bothered me to no ends that Elena can set certain ghosts free after helping them cut their ties to the physical world, but others you do exactly what they need and they just stay put. Why do only some ghosts get to be free while others stay in eternal conflict? Also, it bothers me that the NPC dialogue never changes even if Elena does the thing they are telling her to. Overall, I am recommending this game because certain aspects of the level design were unique and I enjoyed the experience I just think it needs something more.

This game is beautiful and very relaxing (apart from getting stuck on a puzzle). I think it is worth a play if you are okay with a slower-paced game. The main character does not run very fast at all. Overall I found Gris to be aesthetically pleasant and great for screenshots. One thing to know is that there is no map so be aware that your slow running character getting lost can be a little frustrating, especially on the later levels when it can be slightly less clear where to go. The puzzles were pretty straight forward. Gris might be the only puzzle type game I did not need to cheat and look up a walkthrough on some portions. My hint for solving everything would be to pay attention to the surroundings. There are clues for what you need to do in order to continue. For example, maybe the background is not just a background and you can jump on parts to continue. Maybe stomping on the objects or the ground is what is needed. If that does not work just spam space bar, K, or L.

If you like pinball then this is the game for you. If the thought of pinball fills you with dread then avoid this game. I loved the art style and it was just the right amount of challenging. Not so challenging that I wanted to pull my hair out, but challenging enough where I had to keep trying to beat certain portions. I also appreciate the fact that I was not only bad at pinball when I was a child and played the free version that came with my computer I am also bad at it as an adult, but that is okay. Yoku does not care how many mistakes you make because Yoku is one masochistic dung beetle who needs a raise. Seriously Yoku gets thrown around like a ragdoll and never complains (it may be because they do not know how to speak like the other animals around the island so they cannot articulate their pain). If you have a couple of extra bucks I highly recommend playing this game. ALSO, not to throw shade at other games, but I cannot put into words my love for games that allow you to keep playing after the main story is finished. As someone who likes to collect everything and get all the achievements thank you.

Ori is an enchanting and captivating game. I loved the gameplay and the atmosphere. The art is beautiful. The gameplay can get challenging at parts, but not so much that I could not beat the game. I was fine with the story as well, but it did not leave a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this as a platformer because it is fun and beautiful. One downside for me personally and one reason why I stopped playing when I did is that after beating certain portions of the game the level will get destroyed and you cannot go back. I am someone who loves to get all the collectibles in a game so that has made the game very unappealing to me at this point. I still think this is worth the play, but I do not want any other collector players to feel disappointed. I would recommend getting this game on a sale. I am not sure I would pay full price for it.

This is a wild ride. I did not know what to expect going into this game. I love horror games especially 2D horror games because they usually have an intense story, but are less scary than their 3D counterparts. I do not want to be too spooked when I am up at 3 A.M. alone. I would not really call Sally Face a horror game in the sense that it did not scare me and I am kind of a wimp. I would say it is more of a psychological adventure with a lot of twists that I did not expect. The story is dark which is right up my alley. I will not say I was in love with the art style, but the story more than makes up for it. I did fall in love with the different art styles at the end though and I will say that was my favorite part. One thing to note when buying this game is that F or Space bar will light up things that the character can interact with for some things and not others. When I figured this out I would spam the space bar as I clicked left or right so that I would not miss anything and trust me there are a million things to miss.

This game is great because every playthrough is different. It is also one of the few games I want to say that is harder with another player. Baby Isaac is just a tough little bugger to be.

To me, $15.00 is too much for a game this short. I beat it twice and got all the achievements in under eight hours and a good portion of that time was me getting an achievement where you need to press E for over an hour (I did not time it exactly I went out for food). I highly recommend adding it to your wishlist and getting it on sale, or in a bundle. I thoroughly enjoy dystopian or dark stories so this game tickled my fancy there.
