Aim Lab at first I thought was going to be just another Aim Trainer, but this is so much more. In one week it showed me what areas I needed to improve on then after around a month or so of hard training I could see my aim slowly but surely getting faster and more precise.
I'd say try this out you wont regret it, but only buy it if you are serious in wanting to know the areas you lack in and need to improve on.

Yes I know it says I only have 22 minutes played I share accounts and on my other account I have racked over 130+ hours ;)
