TF2 launch options:

-dxlevel 81 -high -nojoy -noipx -nod3d9ex -novid -nosteamcontroller -no_texture_stream -nohltv -noquicktime

Note: Remember to remove "-dxlevel 81" from launch options and then restart the game after 1 launch while using the command to avoid lag issues & black screen.
Short Explanation: Use -dxlevel 81 then open TF2 for a little bit then quit then play again so that the command activates and increases your FPS & game performances. (Only remove -dxlevel 81 and don't touch the rest)
