Excelente homenagem aos jogos de corrida de antigamente, feita com muito capricho.

Gráficos modernizados e super fluídos, mas mantendo o espírito dos seus principais predecessores, como Top Gear e Lotus Turbo Challenge. Além disso a trilha sonora é do compositor original desses jogos (e é excelente).

Bom divertimento!

Although the game still isn't properly optimized for the PC platform, I'm having a great time playing it. It's very stable, at least in my rig, although CPU usage really is suspiciously high (even for a game this complex); the most probable culprits are the anti-piracy measures, though the publisher will never admit to it.

The quests are interesting, though not as handcrafted as the Witcher's ones. And there also doesn't seem to be branching paths to the storyline.

Now the graphics are really beautiful, I never thought ancient Egypt would have such a breadth of vistas! Though it doesn't run as well as my machine should be capable of running it, I have an almost locked 60fps 1080p experience, with max settings.

The gameplay has changed some elements:

- The combat, which is more "Souls"esque now, though it's much much easier.. But it's a nice change from previous versions.

- Now there's an RPG progression system (level up and gain points to choose abilities), and also a loot system in the likes of Diablo (normal, rare and legendary items).

- There's also the now obligatory crafting, but it's used for improving your character only (better health, better weapon damage, better long range damage, and more space to hold items), and it's well implemented.

- The free running is GREATLY improved from previous versions. This alone makes the game worth it for me... Traversing the world on foot, on a vehicle or animal, and swimming, all feel very natural.

- "Loot Boxes" - the game has it's version of a loot box, and has a store where you can buy in-game currency for real money. But I haven't been compelled to use the store at all while playing the game. This one really is fairly balanced in this aspect.

and lastly, this game is BIG... I'm almost 50 hours in and I'm about half way yet...

If you don't think it's worth full price, you should at least consider it during a sale :-)

This game is fantastic! A must have for any platforming fan!

This game has a "Metroidvania" structure, with areas that open up as you increase your skillset, which include some very interesting moves (there's a move where you can use the enemies' projectiles to propel yourself, and at the same time you can redirect this projectile to harm enemies or destroy obstacles. This opens up a lot of mechanics that I haven't seen in other platformers).

It has tight controls (a must for this kind of game), a moving story (for me at least), it has some of the most gourgeous graphics I have seen for this kind of game, and a beautiful soundtrack, which fits the scene perfectly!

It also has a very interesting save system, in which there are no checkpoints but you can save anywhere you want, but to do so you spend energy points, which could be used for special moves instead.

The only downside I can think of is that it can be hard and frustrating for some, but this new Definitive Edition adds an easy mode, which might aleviate this issue.

So to sum it up, it's not for everyone, but if you're into this genre, it's essential! And even if you're not a fan of the genre, I think it's worth a shot!

Oen of the best sandbox games I've ever played. Its grapling hook and parachute mechanics are real fun, and the game has A LOT of content.

It's also the most beautiful of them, with fantastic graphics until today!
