This is one of those games several people told me about but I never found interesting. However, I've had time to pick it up and it is absolutely the most fun I've had from a Free to Play game in years. Gorgeous and well optimized (most of the time, at least), with fun gameplay to boot. If you enjoy a tight-knit flow of movement of combat, you'll probably enjoy this game. It can be grindy at times, but the entire game is there at your fingertips- with no price tag. The only thing you cant really get for free is additional frame and weapon slots (but referal bonuses can give you them, too).

The story is nothing to write home about, but had plenty of surprises and moments that caught me off guard. The lore and content in the game is ever-expanding, and the game is continuing to evolve with the devotion of Digital Extremes,
