The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt 9.6/10

Hearts of Stone Expansion Pack 10/10
Blood and Wine Expansion Pack 9.8/10

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an amazing game, without a doubt one of the best RPGs I've ever played.
The game looks great, sounds great, and most importantly, the story is fenomenal, the gameplay mechanics are also good, but can sometimes feel a bit clunky.
Detailed Review:
Graphics and Performance
The game's environment looks amazing and has a lot diversity, the snowy mountains of Skellige, the city of Novigrad or the fairy tale like land of Toussaint, with really high quality textures and amazing lightning the game looks amazing.
The optimization is also great, for 1080p at ultra settings a GTX 1060 or RX 580 should be more than enough to get a stable 60 frames per second.
Sound Design
For sound it has everything you would expect from a modern game, sounds for all materials you step on, surround audio support, things like that. But a huge part of the sound is also the soundtrack, the music, and well... it's great. The music really helps the atmosphere of different regions and places to feel how they feel.
Story
The story... well... it's amazing... I won't spoil it for you, just go play!!
Gameplay
The gameplay is solid, but not extraordinary, the combat system does it's job and is really satisfying to watch, but could use some work with the mechanics for dodging and jumping or climbing while fighting. Swimming and riding your horse feel a bit clunky and unresponsive, walking and running feels good tough.
Hearts of Stone Expansion Pack
Hearts of Stone is a small expansion with a new storyline. It tells a short story with one of the best, if not the best, antagonist in gaming history.
Blood and Wine Expansion Pack
Blood and Wine is the bigger of the two expansions, it features a whole new region: Toussaint, with a big city inside it: Beauclair. The main storyline of the expansion is quite long and matches the quality found in Wild Hunt. With new side quests, scavenger hunts, and contracts to complete this expansion really eats your time. Blood and Wine also introduces a home for the Witcher to live in and upgrade, with a pleasant surprise in it once you finish the main storyline.
