Gameplay is fun, it's not hard, but being optimal is.
There's a global ranking for how fast you can be and you only get to see it after getting ACE rank or messing up enough.

Story is funny and well flushed out, I've only beaten 2 chapters(as of writing) and aced them all and grabbed gifts(I recomend for that juicy story)

I've yet to find any bugs and I love bug hunting new games, they did their work well a solid 9.5/10(one gift I ran into didn't have clipping on the wall bellow it due to how far out it was)

Overall for a speed shooter I give Neon White a resounding 9/10, the deck aspect can be jarring at first but it'll come naturally.
