Summary:

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Hiko was already dead.

Santa Claus can see you while you're sleeping and he knows when you're awake, additionally he keeps tracks on whether you've been bad or good and insists you be good for "goodness" sake.

Taking all these factors into account, I feel I can confidently say Santa Claus is a fed.
