Very fun game with amazing music!

Brought back a lot of good memories. I'm very pleased with this port.

I came into this game just to stream something scary (I don't scare easily) and to my unsurprise I wasn't, for at least most of the game (for me) but when it came to the story, I was pulled and sucked in! This game asks you questions you never really think about and it makes you answer them whether you like it or not. It's worth the story 100%. Is it worth it for the scares? Not so much but then again it's my opinion. We made it.

This is one of the best games I have played in a long time. I know people might see it as some weeb game but man would you be wrong.
All I can say is, I helped someone...

P.S. Please play through the end and don't give up. The story isn't finished on the first run through ;)

Don't Install this game. Trust me.

The game overall was very good in terms of gameplay. In terms of story for me was a little underwhelming.

Gameplay:

The gameplay was very nice and fluid with it’s combat system and it’s easy to understand skill tree. It was also very nice to see all the tutorials being stored in it’s own menu drop just in case you forgot how to do certain moves.The two buttons for a menu and a map layout was a bit annoying especially when I was on the hunt for a Warchief then had to leave that menu and go to the map menu, like why not put it all in one menu option? Unfortunately for me I didn’t feel like I had much of an option for certain playstyles like the typical run and gun type. I felt like I was limited to only being stealthy and that’s it. Sure I can build an army and then fight my way through but it’s not as fun as fighting the whole army yourself. Then again I’m most likely just bad.

Story and Characters:

The story for me was a bit dissatisfying, I couldn’t get myself to really care for any of these characters and their problems. They all just felt very stale, like the main character to me felt very boring, I didn’t expect him to be this lovable happy go lucky type but I just wanted some more reaction from him and not this low tone lone wolf type, it made me feel like I was seeing a wannabe Batman, even though they have very similar gameplay elements. Funny enough, the characters I enjoyed the most were the Uruks and their funny dialogues. Other then that, it was all too boring for me and felt like a grind to play even though it was a pretty short game.

Big time fan of the DMC series and they knocked it out of the park with this one. Sadly there isn't much to do once you beat it. I hope they would add more DLC like costumes, levels, new weapons, and/or new characters. Other than that, it's a solid game.

This Game was a fun ride. I miss it. Wish there was more to it and wish valve kept updating it but sadly they've forgotten about it and left it in the dust. It has a wonderful/ colorful cast of characters with a world that is so fun and unique. The game was fun back in the day and I'm sad that new players will never get to experience it the way we all did in the beginning.
