🏀🐛👃 Performance review for Wubbaman 🎫🌏🚗

Works willingly in a team and tolerant of others, no matter what their strengths and weaknesses. But does not always make a strong contribution. Silver-tongued, and usually successful when trying to persuade others to move from their original position towards or beyond compromise. Using personality, logic, persistence, Wubbaman always manages to get the best deal. Wubbaman responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes.
