Broken Arrow sets out to be a large-scale real-time tactics game with deep military customization, but it collapses under the weight of its own ambition. While the game boasts a wide arsenal and detailed unit options, it’s buried beneath clunky controls, inconsistent AI, and a painfully unintuitive UI that makes even basic actions frustrating. Performance issues and frequent bugs only add to the feeling that the game left the hangar too early. Worse still, its lackluster pacing and repetitive combat quickly turn what should be thrilling large-scale warfare into a tedious grind. It has potential, but as it stands, Broken Arrow feels more like a proof of concept than a polished strategy experience.

I really wanted to love this game. There was too many issues for me to recommend.

-Long sections with side characters which were not fun to me.
-Enemy combat tracking seemed floating and unfair at times
-The story was just not as fun and interesting as the first game. Character decisions sometimes just weren't logical to me.

I wouldnt buy at full price.

GGG has fallen off hard, doesn't listen to their community and doesnt want fun in general in their own game.

I do not recommend this on that basis that optimizing is currently bad and there is no scoreboard currently.

I know optimizing will improve (generally this has been true with past fatshark titles)
But the lack of a scoreboard is pretty confusing, as that is a stable of this genre of games and is important for information feedback when practicing/improving one's own gameplay.

Fatshark has currently removed scoreboard features due supposed toxicity issues in the community.
I disagree with this take - I have about 600 hours in Verminitide and I barely ever experienced toxicity derived from the scoreboard. People generally got toxic when a match fails, and when that happens people disband and move on.

But there are many good reasons to have a scoreboard, and furthermore a community scoreboard is ideal:
-New players can understand how much friendly fire that are doing
-New players being able to easily identify better players and if they continue to play together to observe them/ask for advice
-New players receiving damage information to identify load-outs which work better than others.

Bottom-line: This was a very poor decision not thought out well, which was focused on fixing a toxicity but not address toxicity. If toxicity is such a big issue, why make a more robust reporting system or take steps to actually address the issue instead of removing data from adults?

This suppose to be a mature, grim dark setting, but the players are given less information than deep-rock-galactic.

In a bad spot, will update once its updated.

Yes currently has some frame rate issues but shouldnt be mixed. Wait to buy if that bugs you.

Fixed connections

The expansion pass, while not creative and may be summed up as a balant rip off of fortnite's season pass would be fine, if the developers could manage to fix their bad coding and make the thing work. Unplayable as is, dailies only register randomly. I want a REFUND. FIX YOUR GAME.
