Very well made game, very few things to complain about. And they're constantly working on the things that suck so the list of cons grows smaller by the week. Thank God there are still games like this being made, 10/10

Update: Finally beat the game, can happily say this game is still insanely good and I can't stop making new characters, and neither can my friends...

Definitely takes some getting used to, but once you get used to the uniqueness of it this is a very, very fun grand strategy game with some creative mechanics.

A fun and well-made tower defense game. I think it serves much better as a mobile game than a pc game in terms of what it has to offer, however if you decide to take a round as far as you can you'll certainly need the processing power of a pc. Either way, it's a simple and enjoyable game and certainly worth buying.

Also, it's got funny monkeys. 12/10

Instantly addicted. Haven't made it to late game yet, but this game is very well-made. The questline keeps you on track just enough to guide you without feeling like it makes the game too linear, the base building is satisfying. The combat is simple and skillful, the environment is stunning. The music is nice and fitting, and the grinding for materials is balanced perfectly, enough to keep you busy but not so much that you feel like progress is too far away. Best game I've tried in a long time.

Shame I can't review the singleplayer and the multiplayer seperately because they are very different in quality. Storymode is a classic, with a good story, interesting characters and all kinds of fun to have in between. Online though... online is a buggy mess. Rockstar is smart for combining the two games into one so I can't leave a bad review, because online would be torn to shreds. The loading times are horrific, the connection issues are painful, especially given you have to suffer the first issue as well because of it, and to top it all off Rockstar don't seem to care about mods, hacks or any other kind of game-shattering software. You'd be lucky to find a lobby that doesn't have at least one hacker in it, a bot that spams links to websites to get mods, or just a generally unpleasant kind of guy who will blow up your car because "haha explosion". Even still, it's the wild west in online and even if you have a party of people to play with, the quests are grindy, unrewarding and oftentimes unfair too.

TL;DR Get this game for a great solo experience, but put it at the bottom of your multiplayer games list.

Though there are many things about this game I enjoy, like the combat, the beautiful scenery, certain mechanics and the fine controls; there are more things that I don't enjoy about it. To sum it up the game feels unfinished. There are plenty of mechanics but nothing to work for, plenty of diverse planets with no reason to visit them. Not to mention how hard you have to grind for special engineering on your ship parts. The grind is secondary to me though. I just hope that someday they add some huge update with all kinds of stuff to find on planets, improve the faction system so that it actually matters, and maybe make it just a tad faster to unlock the engineers (which are pretty much essential if you want to optimize anything in this game). Plenty of other things could be done to improve the game as well, I'd love to see new ships, more missions to do with friends, the list goes on.

TL;DR While it is the best skeleton for a game I can think of, it really does feel like it's just a skeleton.

Overall a really good game. Not as much replayability as I would like, the story is pretty linear, though the combat is so fun I have played through several times regardless, and though the turns in combat have been redone in a way I find really annoying, I still enjoy trying different classes and experimenting with different teams to see some really cool fights play out. I wouldn't say this game is a 10/10 but compared to a lot of the other stuff out there, it's certainly high on my list.

Honestly a pretty fun game, I came back after a good while and noticed a few changes that helped keep the game fun, like pets now being useful in combat. The paywall sucks, but it is an mmo and a decent one at that, so if you have time to kill and a spare ten bucks I'd recommend this game.

Good game, I like it more than breathing

A little tricky to learn everything, but I've had a lot of fun playing both with friends and solo. This game is the perfect mix of skill, cooperation and horrifying mystery that makes me want to keep diving deeper just to see what horrible monster I'm being underpaid to hunt down next. The workshop content is also fun to poke around with.
