If you're thinking of modding this game, don't even bother giving Rockstar or Take-Two Interactive your money. There are far better publishers that actually deserve your money, and it can certainly be used better elsewhere.

The best mod ever made for the best game ever made, IMO. Enough has been said.
Only problem is a bit of glitchiness and rubber-banding of other players, but it's a mod so I don't even care.
9.5/10. Would recommend buying JC2 just for this. Plus, you even get a full game that is also amazing!
