This review comes from someone playing mostly Apex Legends and Rocket League:


I saw this game popping up on the steam winter sale this year (2020).
It looked like a nice game with lots of ground to explore.
And a discount of 70% seemed like a no-brianer to me.

I bought this on December 22 and now 5 days later i have 23 hours of gameplay on record.
So TLDR; I am hooked!

The game is easy to understand but has a system that allows for a more complex way of playing it.
I started of by trying to just hunt and shoot like a RNG game but that quickly faded ones i realised real animals also wont stand still till the very last second.
I feels so real to play this! You encounter animals in groups and alone but never to much at a given time. You have to put in the time to make the kill and make it worth.

And then when you get the hang of it, like I did after also watching some youtube video's, you actually start to feel like you know how to one shot animals. How to get to the vital organs and get a higher score on your shot. I also bought 7 DLC's because i felt the need for it. And having a Throphy Lodge is really nice for those show-off animals you shot.

Yesterday on the second day of christmas, me and my friend (who bought the game on my behave), shot our first gold deers and also saw that one would have been a diamond but we shot it to many times on accident.

I could spent a whole day writing a review about how good this game is, and i probably could also spent a good amount of time suggesting some minor and major features to the developers to make for an even more immersive experience.

Me and my friend will probably hunt today for another 4 hours and have a blast.
And I would love to explore the community and find other hunters to hunt with and learn from.
