Anyways, I've played this far more on the Switch, but I can definitely recommend this unique offroad trucking game to almost anyone, especially if you're looking for something different from the typical game. It's slow but relaxing, sometimes frustrating, and often satisfying. It's nonviolent, and solo or co-op. People of all ages can enjoy Snowrunner, although I think kids would like it while not really understanding it (e.g. gear ratios, transmissions, differentials, weight balance and center of gravity, etc.) I can easily spot when the kids join my co-op games on the Switch, since they drive around honking at me in their scouts while I'm hauling stuff in a truck actually playing the game. 😃

Oh, one more thing: I've played a little of the first game in the series, Spintires, and played completely through the sequel Mudrunner (on the Switch,) and I can say that you should ignore both of them and skip straight to Snowrunner if you're interested in these types of games. Spintires is pretty primitive and isn't even available to purchase anymore on Steam the last time I checked, and Mudrunner is basically a more polished version of the former, while still being a somewhat awkward and seemingly incomplete game itself. Snowrunner is a much improved game compared to it's predecessors, with more vehicles, more maps, an in-game economy of sorts, and an overall better experience. You're not missing anything by jumping into Snowrunner as if it was the first/only game in the series.
