0.8 Solo only review atm:

Even though the maps are a little big, and usually the good combo killboxes are closer to the rift, I don't see the difficulty everyone is talking about unless they put it on hard from the start? The variety of traps we have right now isn't too bad, hopefully they add more but I've still got 4 more left to unlock, haven't upgraded any of them yet focusing on my warmage levels. I've been having fun though, and had some crazy thread combos so that's been a lot of fun. Excited to play with some other people soon at some point. But for now just gonna try and go unlock everything solo lol. Almost there!
P.S. surprised more people don't have the no barricade no coin thread unlocks/achievements, it's pretty easy to do them both on the same mission / a rift defense one. I did it with the warmage that has the pet, but probably would've been easier with the crossbow guy who has the rift lightning.

Some of my minor complaints/hopeful for QoL updates:
1. Preview the map layout before going into the map.
2. Choose our starting negative aspect/map when going in. The alternative is to just enter a map and suicide until you get the one you want if you are aiming for a particular thread unlock. While I haven't done this, as I'm getting closer to unlocking most of the threads I might just for some specific ones. Would be better to just pick them at the start, then deal with the roguelike stuff as we progress.
3. Thread unlock 'tracker' or some easier way to track progress besides speaking to the thread lady.
4. Some teleporters around the map to make it easier to move between spots. I know one of the warmages has this trap already, but it should just be a sentinel thing we can pay for with rune coins or just have by default. It would help reduce map times which is probably the biggest complaint.

Also mandatory, I wish unchained would make a comeback. Loved that version of the game so much, so sad it got shut down.
