TW Warhammer III Immortal Empires is a literal time sink for both strategy and Warhammer fans, it combines all three maps of the Trilogy combined into one enormous sandbox (You will have to own all three games in order to play it).
At the moment you can chose between 86 playable factions each with it's own mechanics and start position.
When it comes to the multiplayer there are various game modes which you can play up to 8 players (if you want to play Immortal Empires only the host needs to own all of three games).
