I love this game and have over 200 hours on a microsoft store playthrough. However the VR doesn't work on the microsoft store, I've been trying for months so when I saw it was on sale on steam I figured I would pick it up and give it a try and it works but unfortunately it's so laggy and jumpy it gives me a horrible headache and motion sickness which really sucks because I know that if it worked smoothly I would play the heck out of it. And I think that, given enough time and research I could probably get it to work but I just don't have the time or patience to put in to getting it working.

Again the game its self is very good imo, I'm still having a ton of fun on the non-vr version but the VR just flat out doesn't work well enough and/or requires too much technical finessing to get working to the point where it's just not worth it. If they make it a LOT easier to play the VR on the microsoft store or steam versions and smooth it out I'd be willing to give it another go but as it stands right now I cannot recommend buying this game if you're doing so for the VR experience. If you're buying it for the desktop experience though I can 100% recommend buying it.

Picked this game up so I would have a minecraft game the whole family could play together. The only annoying part about this game is how my daughter likes to destroy the houses I work so hard on but that could be more of a statement on my parenting than this game.

Completely addicting and I can totally recommend for someone who doesn't want to buy Minecraft lol.

Game is pretty addictive... as in SUPER addictive. But it rolled back a few times, erasing a days worth of clicking. Got too frustrating. Once this is fixed I can recommend it again, it's a good time filler.

I like most aspects of the game except for 1, I don't get to play it enough. I love the combat system, even though once you realize that maxing out fighters pretty much wins every scenario. The big gripe I have about the game is that you can't keep playing after you win, and there's no victory condition that will let you play the game out long enough that you take over the whole galaxy. I get attached to the empire I've built and I get miffed when I win just as I've formulated a plan for taking out those damned greens! I know this is meant to be a game played quickly and often as opposed to over the long term but I wish I could make that choice rather than having it forced on me.
