New playable race, Imperial Guard, is represented so good here. As in Dawn of War, they are the most expendable race, meaning you don't need to worry if you execute one troop with your Comissar to have a tactical advantage over your opponent. Imperial Guard allows the game for more varied tactics, interesting battles.
Not only that, IG also feels good and enjoyable to play, something that is really important in my opinion.

Anyway, recommendet for people who seeks something new in RTS genre, and for people who likes Imperial Guard.
