It's really good, it's something that everyone can learn, it can seem complicated at the beggining, but it just takes time to learn everything. In my opinion this is the best program to start learning animation, lighting and everything 3D related (except for modeling). I've improved alot and i'm still improving every day (or every week since i don't use it alot now).
I use this program to do Five Night's at Freddy's stuff, i got to a point where i can recreate original renders from another stronger, powerful and bigger engine, i'm talking about 3ds Max, Source Film Maker can do that!
