Overall - pretty fun and engaging. It feels better than its competition and I've gotten my money and time worth of enjoyment.

Console and PC mixing makes games half a gamble. I wish we could turn it off for all game modes.

The EOMM (Engagement Optimized Match Making) is easily the worst aspect of this game. You'll get bot lobbies after a 2 or more loss streak (all low level characters, no skins, 'simple' names) that you should use to farm achievements or try new characters. If you see yourself with 3 losses in a row - quit for the day (or at least a few hours). You won't make a comeback no matter how good you are. You may also get a game where you get stomped - stop playing if you feel it is unfair. The EOMM will see that you left and try to keep you playing next time by adjusting your matches. People have made tons of content about the EOMM - use the system to your advantage.

If you hear people complaining in voice, mute them and report. They get penalized pretty quickly.

The monetization is pretty fair if you don't buy every skin as it comes out. A ton of free events with nice skins rotate as the season progresses. The new changes to Missions (For your purple currency) is welcome to helping players complete the battle passes quicker. Seeing character, mission, and pass progress after each game is nice - even if it is cluttered.

If I can make a recommendation - learn at least 1 character of each of the 3 roles (preferably 2 of each, just in case). Swap if things aren't working and look up guides. You can pick up a character after a 30 minute video and a few games. Play with friends, mute people if needed, and just play to have fun or get better. Play who you want, but try to play as a team.

Also - please let us mute player pings. I know you need healing - I have seen it every half second for the last minute. Both of the healers were dead.

Beautiful Art, enjoyable story. Would recommend at full price, but its even better at any discount.

You play as Terrorist or Counter Terrorists in this fairly fun rooty tooty point and shooty adventure. Get it while it is on sale and it is worth every dollar you spent.
