Not saying no to the game because it's bad. I've played very little of it, but had a singular and major concern right off the bat. Starting up the game you get what seems like the normal sex game disclaimer about fictitious characters and events and it being an adult game... but the middle sentence says "If you are under the age of 18, or easily offended by such, exit the game". To me (and I very well could be reading into it way too much), this means there are explicit scenes involving individuals who are under 18. For me this is an automatic uninstall and refund. Whether I'm wrong or not doesn't matter to me since I've deemed it means as such. This is in no way saying I am right, and that you shouldn't support the devs, and only means I will not be, although I felt the need to say something just in case I'm right.

While this game has it's problems, it's a really well done remake. Gameplay and combat is updated and mostly fluid. The difficulties to choose from are a good range of beginner friendly and challenging for those who are veterans. Adds some basic QOL options, like crafting ammunition now, moving while aiming/firing, and having more control over how Ashley moves. The major downside, and I say this while loving the darker more serious tone of the game as a whole, is that the campy nature of the original, and of the villains and Leon and such, isn't there any more. Leon's 1-liners from the original mixed with the overall campy nature was one of the best parts of the game, adding a bit of light heartedness and humor to the game which is now mostly gone. I still fully recommend this game, because it's just an overall upgrade from the original.

So, first and foremost, if you haven't lived under a rock, you've heard about nintendo taking pocket pair to court of Patent Infringement. To give some clarification, patents are supposed to be for PHYSICAL entities. The fact you can patent something like "Promoting Healthy Sleeping Habits" and yes, nintendo patented that, is ******* asinine beyond belief. Patents in terms of the fictional technologies and items in a game shouldn't even be allowed because they aren't REAL. Patenting the technique (or code for them in this case, for that specific item, like the pokeball) is fine, since you're patenting a physical technique to getting those IN GAME FICTIONAL objects to work the way you want. Nintendo didn't do this. Nintendo is a joke of a company, and has consistently overstepped their S**t with dumb lawsuits for decades. The fact court systems even allow patents in this way and to even take someone to court over a fictional item or something like using your animal to glide, is stupid and only harms the gaming industry. Nintendo wasn't the first to do ANYTHING with pokemon afterall. They saw a game doing well and slightly similar to their main title, and were threatened and are throwing a temper tantrum like a 2 yr old who lost his toy.

Whether you enjoy it or not is up to you. I personally found it almost unplayable with how many glitches and bugs are still in this game. EA is the primary reason I believe sports games shouldn't be brand new games each year. Fifa 06 runs better, feels better and has fewer bugs. Even eFootballs latest game runs and feels better, and it's free to play (outside of non-mandatory microtransactions). As much as I feel eFootball isn't as good as it used to be, it has the right idea, and EA should take a page from their book. All FC24 is... well it's just the last few years of fifa games, same graphics, same gameplay, all flash and no realism with a crap ton of bugs. I cannot recommend this game, and will never be purchasing an EA soccer game again. If you want to risk 70 dollars for a shoddily made and rushed buggy mess, you do you. After all this is a subjective review of my experience.

The hell is with the chapter 3 questionnaire. answered at least 7 or 8 correctly (I am 100% confident in this) yet still fail with 5 or less out of 10. can't find any info on this anywhere.

Potential is there, but far from good yet. choppy gameplay, the mouse cursor never goes away, and the cut scenes are poorly optimized. Could be one of the best of it's types, but it has a long way to go.

So, after finally getting it to fricken' run and load games.... It's now unplayable again. 300 hours and it's insufferable screen stutter. Anytime I open the character HUD (inventory, crafting screen and so on) it creates this stutter. I've tried removing mods 1 by 1, running it without battle-eye, without mods and so on, and nothing stops this. Screen resolution, frame rate and so many other "fixes" have been tried to just not work. Even uninstalled the bloody game and reinstalled it. If anyone has an idea for this s**t, let me know. I know I'm far from the only one with this particular issue (since we all know Wildcard sucks donkey butt and making a game that actually runs properly), but I still enjoy the overall game. I just can't do the screen shaking. (and no, it's not the in game shake from a titanosaur).

I cannot review the game as a game. Never was able to join even a single player game without it freezing or crashing. This wasn't at launch, but also wasn't the last month. But honestly... you want to know how this game is statistically? It looks pretty... but look at the player count since launch... they started with nearly 100K total players (peak) with close to 60k daily for the first month... since then each month up to the start of the last 30 days has seen 30-35% drop in counts outside of the first month which saw a 17% drop. nearly 60K daily players down to around 13k... 100k total peak player count down to 23k.

Yes, it's early access, no it shouldn't have launched when it did. They forced themselves into an early launch with moronic decisions, and it's cost the game. The same bugs and issues plus more than ASE's launch, including the ability (still) to use admin commands in official multiplayer servers. Nothing apart from visuals and a few minor issues got fixed in this reboot.

So, I enjoy Skyrim but not fallout. Just preference... but even if you like one or both of those franchises, this game somehow nearly makes No Man's Sky's launch look good (No it's still better than that... but not by much.) It's a bethesda game, so I expected all the usual bugginess that those offer, but wasn't expecting the promise of a vast open universe to fall so flat. It's emptier than my love life... almost. It's the same crap, 1,000 times over and then another 10k times, while still having even the larger populated worlds only have one, maybe 2 settlements? only 1 of which is actually a city... messing with the commands, the physics and the gameplay is fun enough for a while, but there's no real substance in the game, the npc's are bland, the quests are usually just boring, and those super powers you can get .... wait super powers? lol I firmly cannot recommend this game and recommend your generic web browser anime porn rpg as a better game (not actually, please don't kill your computer for that garbage lol). 4/10 from me.

So, first and foremost, yes, it's an adult vn with plenty of sex. It is also a fantastically written story, with great characters, great dialogue, and well above average humor. The merc group that's super polite is amazing. One of the more unique and refreshing adult vn's on the market, and well worth the price tag... and did I mention the music and such is also amazing? Because it is. not a single thing in this vn is worth less then an 8/10, and overall it gets a 9.5/10 from me.

I love this game. I owned it on PS3+4, and now on PC. The game itself is fantastic. Great story, characters, visuals and so on. Gameplay is mediocre, but you aren't playing this game for that. It's your typical over the shoulder cover stealth shooter gameplay. HOWEVER... The PC port is disappointing due to it being poorly optimized outside of higher end gaming pc's. I barely have 30fps consistently without stuttering and freezing, on low graphics, with a 1200.00 laptop. Desktops have a better run at the game for obvious reasons, but I have yet to play it on my desktop.

Overall it's an 7.5/10 strictly due to the poor optimization. If that get's fixed even slightly, it's a solid 9/10

If you have a good computer, absolutely buy it, maybe wait for it to be on sale though. If not, caution is the name of this review.
