Such an amazing setting for a Lovecraftian story. It's filled with atmosphere, it has a well-written story and characters, and the voice acting is amazing. On top of that, it delivers Lovecraftian horror the way it should be - mysterious, otherworldly, and deeply disturbing. I had a great time playing, and big props to the team for delivering such a memorable experience!

F.E.A.R. will always be one of those games that lives rent-free in my heart.
There’s something about its atmosphere, gameplay, and story that pulls me in every time. It’s a rare blend of horror, action, and mystery that never loses its grip - and to this day, it still feels just as satisfying and impactful as ever.

Another well crafted horror experience from this developer! Truly terrifying from start to finish. I've played almost every game by Stan, and each one has consistently creeped me out with its setup, sound design and atmosphere. Can't wait to see what he comes up with next!

The Last of Us Part I remains a storytelling masterpiece, even years after its original release on the PS3. Its phenomenal narrative, emotionally rich characters, and stunning visuals make it a remarkable game that leaves a lasting impression.
The port itself had its share of issues at launch, and I am glad that I waited it out to get patched. The game runs smoothly now and I didn't encounter any bugs or issues during my playthrough.

Phenomenal job with the remake! Bloober team had a difficult task ahead of them remaking a masterpiece, but they absolutely nailed it.

The game had an eerie feeling throughout the whole playthrough. The unsettling ambiance that it sets was very impressive.

Very eerie setting, the game masterfully crafts an atmosphere of constant dread that really stands out. The sound design is spot-on, with a haunting soundtrack and perfectly timed effects that add to the tension. It's safe to say it delivers a proper horror experience.

One area that could use some work, though, is the optimization. My specs were well above the recommended settings, but the frame rate stayed below 60 fps throughout my whole playthrough. I tried tweaking the quality settings and even restarted the game to apply the changes, but it didn’t help much. Luckily, it didn’t hurt the experience too much, thanks to the game's slow, deliberate pacing.

I’m definitely keeping an eye out for whatever this dev comes up with next!

EDIT: I decided to revisit the game and check out the improvements mentioned in the recent updates. I’m happy to report that the optimization issues I mentioned before have definitely improved. The game runs much smoother now, so big props to the dev team for that!
