Rocket league...
One of the best multiplayer games of our time tbh...
Its just so fun to play and compete with others, not to mention that the community of this game is just amazing!
Toxic people are found in every game unfortunately, but rocket league has this vibe, this feeling that more than makes up to the toxicity of some players, not to mention that it's players are mostly friendly, humorous, amazing people (im not talking about the truly toxic players xD).
When you play rocket league, it feels like youre free to move and do whatever you want with your car, to have fun and win your matches (if youre in it to win it). Id assume the only factor that limits how you play would be the speed limit of your car, but that is found to give a challenge to the players too of course, then players can adapt to it, and see how to win, how to hit the ball, how to move your car efficiently, and how to win the game WITH that speed limitation! Other than that it truly feels like you can move however you can imagine (if you have the skillzzz).
Because of that one single limitation, the speed limitation (and the field of play volume limitation obviously), the game changes COMPLETELY from a "Ive payed 20$ to move with my car left and right aiming to hit a ball before the opponent does" game, to a game that truly has way too many layers of strategy, skills, tactics, and playstyle! And if you wanna go philosophical, it basically "literally" has an infinite number of these layers..........
I dont know what I like in this game other than being, a "GOOD GAME" (genuinely)
BTW it has amazing soundtracks. :))))
Oh did I mention the huge category of customization that you can work with to your car and some other things? (mainly your car) Of course it being cosmetic and having no effect on the gameplay that can affect the result of the match.
Oh Im sorry did I also not mention the amazing workshop the community has?
Although its hard to move and hit the ball well at first as its controls are a little complex, but nothing you cant learn with time!
I really (REALLY) recommend this game to anyone (ANYONE) (as long as they arent the type to rage-quit and give up easily because they dont find themselves learning something, anything "example moving your car to hit the ball well" at the speed of light itself!
