Wuchang is a great game and is quite enjoyable to play and learn. There are definitely some frustrating moments and a hard block that will either make or break you (Honglan). Honglan took me the most tries out of any boss and weirdly it seems as though the difficulty drops as it progresses to endgame. I suppose that is one thing I would say is inconsistent, namely the difficulty. Typically it is a steady increase as the game challenges you to master its mechanics. This game is a semi consistent climb in difficulty and then an absolute spike at honglan then a steepish decline.

I would mention it was initially hard for me to get into it as the fights are a bit different from the typical Fromsoft fight. The larger majority of bosses as very fast and have very little downtime between deadly combos. However when the combat system is understood it becomes more natural in the feeling of the game.

I would definitely recommend this game for anyone who likes souls like and a decent challenge. Combat feels good and the story is decent. It’s interesting hearing background from the merchant after defeating bosses. It bore a slight resemblance to the feeling of Sekiro and the need to adapt to the different play style.

Lord's of the Fallen is a decent game, I enjoyed the majority of it. The scenery and visuals are amazing, there are very diverse builds you can play with and a multitude of different enemy types. The first main boss is absolutely amazing, almost to much so that it makes many later bosses feel like a mere shadow. I did however find that as you progress into the game it turns into a bit of a DS2 remake with gank squads everywhere waiting for you around every corner (only difference is dodging actually works in this game). It got to the point in some areas that I just ran past everything because it didn't want to spend the time fighting all of these enemies just to get to a boss. It seems to be very easy to get lost in this game (I know from experience) I found myself wonder where in the hell I was supposed to be going next and then just looking it up on the wiki.

On the topic of bosses, as I aforementioned the first main boss was amazing (Pieta). She has diverse attacks and a visually changing second phase, she even provided a bit of a hurdle to get over. Later on the line though you get to fight bosses like The LightReaper I expected him to be a bit more enjoyable to fight since he seems to be such a focal point in the game but honestly just meh... Just an attack spammer nothing really interesting about his fight.

I liked the introduction of vestige seeds to create extra re spawn locations throughout the game. The parry mechanic is much more forgiving in this game than in many other souls games, though I didn't really use it much if i'm being honest (more of a dodging person). I ran with an Umbral eye the entire game that applies wither to enemies when you dodge their attacks (amazing for anyone who likes dodging and gives a bit of extra damage output).

Amazing game, may even consider playing it through again and getting all achievements. The game is quite the journey, the map ties together seamlessly and it has just the right amount of difficulty to it.

Very fun game to play, has a good bit of challenge to it. A big part of the difficulty stems from it not allowing carryover from Dark Souls play style, if you try to do so you get punished heavily. I enjoyed every part of this game, though I didn't bother beating the last boss because it got to the point it wasn't really fun and I honestly just didn't care anymore.

Decent Souls-like with basic weapons to choose from and different characters to suit one's play style. There are occasional bugs that can cause minor to major frustration (for example there was an incident where I fell through a hole in the floor, the textures and actual level design don't match floor placement allowing "levitation" in certain areas pair that with the then falling to your death and voila your tar is stuck floating in oblivion). The bosses are generally pretty balanced, Crucix is a bit of a B.S. due to taking fall damage entering the boss arena (especially when playing Tiel as it deletes your entire first health bar). Other than the occasional mishaps the game is quite decent and can be an enjoyable souls-like experience for many.

A masterpiece plain and simple, the game-play, the story, the visuals all of it just addicting. The only unfortunate part is that when you beat it you want to play something just as good... and that's like looking for a snowflake in the middle of summer.

Just another FPS with zombies? Maybe at lower difficulties...

When you hit Suicidal and Hell on Earth it changes the atmosphere of the game wildly, you go from a chill shooter with lackadaisical teamwork to a team focused, tactical, and movement engaging FPS experience. It has a prestige system that you unlock extra bonuses by maxing a perk and then resetting it to zero. There is much variation in game play with a multitude of different perks and weapons to choose from.

Every perk has a place in a team, you can survive without a medic, however, it won't be a cake walk by any stretch. It's recommended to have a diverse team on the two higher difficulties if you want a good chance of completing in Victory.

Overall a well recommended game I've put some time into it and I plan on putting more in.

Extremely well thought out game, the horror aspect as well as the story that you follow throughout. Though at some points it is terrifying, the story always brought me back. I am actually considering playing it through a second time to get another ending.

I definitely recommend this game if you have the stomach and mind for horror style games.

This is an extremely fun game to play. I enjoyed everything about it from the atmosphere to the story and even the boss fights. Very enjoyable game and at some points pretty hard there are some rooms that are just made to be bullshitty and others that are realitively easy.
