After spending 30.9 hours in the game and completing it, I'll sum up my review like this:

Graphically: Beautiful
Audio: Great
Gameplay: Pretty good

Story: Short (Around 20 hours if you skip every sidequest, could probably do it even faster if you fast travelled everywhere and didn't drive) and rather simple (When you lay it out on a map, it... Really is just a simple path)

Glitches/Bugs: Still prevelant (despite a 1.1 patch), mostly visual (like animations freaking out), but you do get a couple game-breaking ones that force you to reload an earlier save (Only happened once to me, but was still annoying)
Guns: Okay but it's just a lot of the same guns with just minor stat increases
Upgrades/Augments: ??? I literally did not touch them until end game

Skill tree: Pair this with the story, and it's just lackluster, you've got too much to spec into and just not enough points unless you go around killing people or something

Overall, if you want to get immersed in a game, this is it, but if you're in it for the gameplay, I highly advise you do not pay full price for this, wait for a sale, seriously give it a year or two before even considering paying for this at full price (When the bugs are fixed) Hell I got this as a gift for my birthday and I still feel cheated out of my money.

As for the ending: Multi-choice, makes sense for the story though, take that as you will.
