Stop Worrying; Psychologists have proven that 85% of things you worry about every day will not happen. Stop Comparing; The only person you should try and beat is the person you were yesterday. Stay confident; Only the confident ones are the ones who succeed. Let go; The past doesn't matter, only the present matters.

I must admit; I myself am working on the things listed below, and yes it's not easy. So us Teens must work together to push forward and cure our own depression and help reduce World's Suicide rate.
