Not worth $60 lol
Lightly addressing the game, Ghost recon breakpoint has major issues in regards to crashing, and odd technical issues with ubisoft servers (spending 10 minutes trying to join a friend) alongside some far and few bugs that are hilarious and insufferable soy filled NPC's. Luckily the game lets you shoot them- sometimes.

Wildlands is definitely the superior game. I look at this one and I see animations that are unnecessary but replayed every time- The drones are also annoying and as a stealth tactical game, take away from it. Not to mention Juggernaut enemies that always take 2 shots, no matter what caliber (be it .50cal, or 9mm)

The flaws present in the game are not worth the asking price, but the failure to have stability causing your game to crash, and on top of that the annoying uplay software, and then ubisoft servers, is salt on the wound.

A hard review

The Cult of Holy Detonation is the final DLC for Wasteland 3, and something I had hopes for. In turn I received nothing good. I see a lot of positive reviews that I dislike. Particularly because they remain ignorant to the inherent flaws of this DLC.

Having played some of it, here are some general criticisms;

Artificial Combat Length
This DLC is packed full of enemies and obstacles that will continuously spawn enemies until a criteria is met this makes some meager, drawn out combat. You can spend 30 minutes, killing the same enemy type, and this is this DLC's trope. while Steeltown had some things I hated, I hate this more. There are no skillchecks you can use to get around these engagements either, many of them are tedious and obnoxious. This leads to long, drawn out areas of the 6 playable areas. And don't worry, This indefinite fight mechanic will carry out on every battle in this DLC.

Obnoxious character chime ins
Have you ever just, had a set of politics you stand by, and then you hear the other side that spews out garbage that you just hate? Anyone, can apply this to any political spectrum, but this is done here, in the most annoying way, much like Fallout 3's Three Dog, or Radio New Vegas in FNV, you will receive a group commentating on your choices and play through. Why are they bad? Because they are utterly annoying. These characters will pick up on everything you have done throughout the game, and commentate on it, always negative. It doesn't matter what you've done, they find it bad. This makes them hypocritical and even more annoying. Now, you can put up with this but they don't shut up either, and instead haunt you throughout the DLC. Very annoying! Unlike the Teens from Colorado Springs, you can't dispose or harm them either, you are forced to listen to them blabber on about how you're bad no matter what option you made. So you the player, may want to dispose them- or harm them right? You cannot. When you finally locate the room they are hiding in they flee and insult you some more. You can't smash their computer, paint their brains on the walls, or do anything. You are stuck listening to them be utterly obnoxious the entire DLC. What an unnecessarily annoying way to greet player actions when the main combat point of this is already painful enough

And other than that, there's no real other cons.

I think the game has good lore, and good tie ins to other things, but the inclusion of the above items make this DLC a headache, and not a good time. Unlike steeltown I am just annoyed, frustrated, then constantly egged on. I am not a masochist, why did they think I'd enjoy this? So many other options could have been implemented but instead you get rinse and repeat repetitive combat, and annoying chatter. OST was definitely an improvement and I liked it much more than anything else, but unfortunately the main DLC didn't bring such fun.

I think the worst part of both these DLC's is, if you make one mistake, and don't have a correct save, your progress is down the drain, and your attention to the game is a huge turn off. Which is a shame, I think all these DLC's had potential to be good, but the unique mechanics per DLC is what makes them this bad. Everytime I play a DLC, my patience is tested, and my passion for the game is put in the wringer, as I attempt to have fun in them. It's hard to review any of these DLC's in a true honest fashion.

"I sell you a hamburger, spit on it, and tell you to make your own."

That's this game in a nutshell. Besides, look at the active player count. You won't find many people to play this with.

Even when I get this DLC for free it's still scummy

Game didn't even release properly finished yet you want me to pay for blood textures? Anyone who got this game within the first 2 months should just get this DLC for free.

I think Blood Textures have been the dumbest microtransaction I've seen in a game, I think I said it in my earlier review? You could just remove all the textures and go "Ah pay $5!" It's a scummy choice to make and doesn't avoid any ratings. You just do it to bend the consumer over.

Pros:
-Excellent Teamwork game
-Realistic enough to be a milsim
-"Chapters" Based off year, with different equipment
-Tons of funny moments
-Somehow still alive

Cons:
-Can fatally crash your computer (turn it off an all)
-Despite being made in 2018, Engine is trash
-You will only find populated servers at 80, or empty servers at 0
-Each update brings new, and terrifying bugs that break the game
-Too realistic at times, requiring you to shift gears and all.
-Good luck getting a kill if you're new. You'll Ticket bleed your team.

We have the liberation of Italy happening in the middle of Europe because the devs didn't include the map.

Unfortunately, well no- well known most things from Italy in WW2 are garbage (Spare the pasta) so don't even count on good tank destroyers, most your good armor comes from Germany which is in all trees. The Italian Tank destroyers can only afford 50mm armor at the highest, and their pen is mediocre. Their troops are interesting but, nothing here was worth the $20 if you were on a strict budget. I however was not, and absolutely wasted $20 because I like history.

Is this DLC essential? Is it worth it? Well, the pencil mustaches on the infantries smudge low res face, no. No not really. Yes you do, get a couple custom models. But did anyone tell you that they are terrible? The actual Italian forces do come with some weapons from Italy, however most the time they are carrying literal K98k's. I guess this is because, K98k's are already balanced for normal gameplay?

Even the Off Map artillery, you'd assume maybe it'd be from a nearby battleship considering Italy is on a peninsula. Nope! It's from a railway gun! So my overall consensus is, This DLC is cool, but lacks a lot of good units, lacks a reason to play it, and quite frankly just adds Italy to both sides (Axis and allies) There's no new map, and every doctrine has Germans or allied forces in it instead of being made of raw Italian power.

So should you buy it? Should you become a real Mario? No, don't bother. This DLC is a waste of money unless that cash is burning a hole in your pocket, don't bother. Pay $5 at that max, $2 at the least for content in this DLC, but not $20.

>8% of players have this achievement.
You know you messed up when only 8% of people who own your game, have paid for it.

So is it worth it? Is campaign worth it, when only 8% of Halo Infinite owners, own it? Well as other reviews say, no. It's a blueball experience. Halo Infinite gives free multiplayer, the only thing people want, and makes me still fork out $60 for a campaign? Well, I got it at a discount but lol, lmao, no.

Have you played Halo before? Maybe the MCC? Well, it's better than this. Halo 4 was meh, Halo 5 was bad. And Halo Infinite is a return to meh. I wanted to feel the excitement of Halo 3, or 2. Maybe even 1! And to some capacity, it keeps it consistent with Plasma Weapons being good for shields, USNC ballistics doing good against squishy targets, you get the gist but, everything I loved is either changed or gone. For example, your favorite pump action shotgun is now a knock off Striker Shotgun that doesn't even feel powerful it comes off more as a lethal nerf gun. Got shot? You don't recoil, your character doesn't react, in fact I stood there at the start being confused, because he wouldn't just do anything to being shot. Grunts sound dumb, just, little stupid things, here and there. And you have to question, where'd we go wrong?

Where did, we go wrong? Was it maybe making 7-8 Halo games? The RTS Series made sense, it was what the game originally, was intended to be. But have we perhaps, ran a bridge too far? Confused on the plot? Don't worry, I am too and I can't be bothered to care. The devs will try to take the story seriously then have grunts saying dumb stuff in the background. Or better yet- a "Top hit!" Grunt called Briglord, who is a boss you have to fight- You're told not to underestimate him, however you can literally 1 shot him. So it's like- why even care for the story? The game clearly can't take itself seriously, why should I?

And at the end of the day, I just don't think 343's doing a good job friends. I think, It's doing a terrible job. I think if you had any hopes for Halo, drop them and move on with your life. Goodnight.

Simple Cut Review

Deleted original because most of it was repaired / altered.

Edit: 12/10/22

The game is awful. It has reached a state below what it once was. The problem with TW2 & 3 has been the DLC. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Anything new, gets very good reworks. Meanwhile the old gets nothing new.

Current Problems with the game is, the game is very one sided Empire, Kislev, etc all die way too easy to the absurd amounts of Chaos. Chaos is no fun because when you aren't playing the brand-new Chaos, Archeon etc all take too long to get to the front, so you arrive to your campaign being done before you.

Couronne dies instantly, Bretonia is no longer whole it is shattered and ruined, Chaos has no challenge now, the Empire has too much challenge. The entire game is just extremely one sided. Immortal empires has never been void of more fun than as of now.

Order Tide is dead. Chaos is way too strong. And everything is too dated. If you play any evil faction, it will have already won in the area you're playing at. Immortal empires is just devoid of fun. Oh and the Trees, they just take way too much land.

I really wish the Order was repaired, or had some fighting chance because I don't even care to play the game now, it's boring.

A funny game.

Did you enjoy the "realism" in Dying light 1? Well Dying light 2 isn't very... Realistic I'd say. Where as in Dying light 1 you're an undercover agent, in Dying Light 2 you're a test subject and this plays into some stupendous parts in the game. This paired with memory issues later in the story (You just, factually being wrong.) makes the main story more than a bit silly.

Gameplay and mechanics tho? perfect! I actually enjoyed everything else- it's just that the main story is funny. And by funny I just mean wrong. There's some nitpicky things I could say such as facial animations being god awful- multiplayer causing an ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF BUGS, or childrens faces looking way too adult, but I'll cut it short to just- I enjoyed the game.

It took me about 28 hours to beat the game, so let that be known. but afterwords it was just trying to play multiplayer with my friend which was, so glitchy that, I couldn't interact with NPC's or objectives making the game essentially softlocked.

But how does it run!? actually, quite nice! I'm using the same set up I used on Dying light 1, with no loss! It runs, just fine on the highest settings, and I'm on a 1070ti! It's crazy. Anyways, Overall review, solid game. But I'd wait for more content to release before actually getting it
