In 2017 I gave this a positive review with a full written paragraph. Since I already reviewed the game, this review will be buried, however I do not feel I can type a full paragraph on my phone. But with that said, the games still bad. Why? Lets get into it.


R6 has repeating operators instead of balancing out prior ones. What they tend to do is make a defensive operator concept, offensive. Or vice versa. This also means the game would be a clusterf*ck of balance, if they even bothered. We'll get into that in just a second. Hibana? Shes just Mira minus the mirror. Makes a same hole in the wall in just a few seconds just like mira if you pop her mirror. How about tachanka? Blackbeard exists. While both are memes, theyre practically the same thing with minor differences. Okay, how about other, new ops. Oh well, some are just direct upgrades of others!- Originality is dead. Kiad can just be a direct upgrade of bandit, who cares! The team ran out of ideas and is sniffing paint for these new ideas. Who thought of Maverick? Screw you. Renders a lot of defensive gadgets for walls now pointless. Why even make defensive operators that reinforce your defense, when maverick can just happen.

Okay so lets adress issue 2


Balance in this game is about as existent as equal rights for women is in the middle east. I.E, its almost real, but when you open your eyes, its not real.

The game devs are too busy adding in newer ops to bother. Its that or focus on competitive. What balances are made are always not in the interest of the player, but in the focus of high end competitive players. This adresses 10% of your playerbase because, not everyone plays competitive, and not every egotistical competitive player is god, like they'd like to believe.

What ends up happening is the following, old operators will be nerfed, new operators will be skipped over for 1 or 2 months then possibly addressed. Finnka is my favorite example of, knowing your op is broken but "eh no one plays them who cares!" Because, that's the game dev mentality. Dont address the broken ops, unless they appear in comp. This ruins the game for casual but, who cares about casual, dur dur. For a year now Ive seen finnka addressed as powerful but not picked on their official operator chart. And guess what. She hasnt changed. Her ability is still BS. But Lion? Lets nerf the dude who only gets a 3 second sight line on people who are willingly moving.

Not to mention the fact the device still tells you its about to activate, then strobes you for 3 solid seconds. Oh no, 3 seconds of time I was seen, the world's ending! I sure wish I had a heads up.

Whilst I did at one point enjoy lion before they kept nerfing him to a mud puddle, I no longer do. Lion and finnka are an example of new ops and balance in this game. Upon release both operators were completely OP, and the devs knew that. They even said it publicly accordingly. But, whilst lion got nerfed. Finnka was barely addressed.

You can see this in many things if you look close enough, besides the on the nose SJW characters. Which will lead me into my next complaint.


I swear the game tried to be good at one point. All the OG ops look like they belong. Then one day they added literal skeleton skins. Then one day they added "elite" world war 2 skins (because they know ww2 is a popular topic) then one day they added a chubby Aussie.

Point being, they gave up on design. The team now makes inclusive designs. Even if theyre ridiculous. Operators like the new aussie chick just dont make sense, but now every operator release must include a GIRL. You cant just make the thing random maybe, 2 girls one release, 2 boys the other? No every boy has a romantic pair with a girl operator upon release so, they wont be as lonely.

And yes, I hate that aussies design. They look like a human bowling ball yet have 3 armor despite only wearing light armor. What is up with that. Super human strength? Didnt know obese people could be in a SWAT unit. Especially the worlds best SWAT unit.


R6 is a dying game. It is a game that shoots itself in the foot and will drop off eventually. Slow updates and priority to release new operators versus balancing old ones leads to a mess of unintelligible garbage that is this hot pile of trash that we call a game. to simply say, the game is bad. Is an understatement. The game is lazy. The game is dumb, and the developers dont care anymore.

Civ V, is the best Civilzation game Hands down.

Civ VI cannot compete.

Okay now let me explain.

Civilization V is a balance of good and mediocre to make a relitivly good game.
The barbarians may not be threatening but you will certainly want to get rid of them.

Civilizations will attempt to backstab you or denounce you and cause you to want to slaughter them all.

And the AI has a bit of a brain, being able to adapt and build nukes against you or you can even provoke a World War and have all AI try to murder you, I've won against this Various times. As Germany. Yes.

The Mod support for this game is amazing as some modders like the modder of "Future Worlds" can add in amazing content to the game which makes it extremly better, fun, and all around more intersting to play.

Now as for cons,

Well I'm sorry to say but I just cant list an issue. They fixed every issue.
You used to be able to steal all your friends cities if they sent you a trade deal, but they patched that.

I just cant list a con.

If you like strategy (preferably Turn Based) and Civilization, You'd be better off getting this over Civilization VI. As Civlization VI is a joke compared to this. But I'm sure the developers might, Enthisis on Might fix that.

Im sorry for this bias review, I just find more content and fun in Civilization V over Civilization VI. But that may be due to the Patches and Various fixes. I still recommend this like someone would recommend Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 over any other call of duty. Its because some old games are just damn good.

I bought this so I could play along.
By play along, I mean cause I saw Cryaotic play it.
Truth be told, by plaing this game I learned a lesson.

I. Genuinly dont remember to much about this game.
What I do remember, is it ends with the Dev's circle jerking eachother.
And also, Your choices dont matter. I think. Something like that.

It's all one big game about going to a wedding where

Which is supposed to be heart breaking or something.
I couldnt play past then, Specifically because I wiped my computer clean.
But what the hell is this. Really. It's survival, Story. No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke. Survival, Story.
You have to fish for food, and find a place to sleep. Just to play. So its a nuissence, with a story.

I have been scammed.

Buying the season pass before release, what was I thinking. I doomed myself during then but. Bethesda just kept pushing for sh*tty content. Paid for mods. Made installing mods worse and worse. Beforehand obsidians New Vegas; worked hand and hand with mods. This pile of sh*t thinks it can steal all your money and release trash though. Even trying to disable mods through modding sites. F*ck fallout 4, beggining of the end of the series with its garbage lore breaking, and sh*ttier RPG "mechanics". And that cool DLC I expected? The, season pass I got? Garbage. All of it. Not worth a dime. For what little there was to play out of all the DLC's, this trash was one of my least favorites next to "build a vault"

I Wanted this expansion.
I liked the concept. I mean, Build your own vault!
How could you possibly ♥♥♥♥ it up!? Well they did.

The first vault you get guilt trips you into keeping an annoying overseer,
Unless you have no morals of course, and best of all. THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ WALLS WONT CONNECT.
Half the time the walls WILL NOT CONNECT. Why? ♥♥♥♥ YOU THATS WHY. Was there ANY REASON?
No, Just a simple bethesda ♥♥♥♥ up! The Common rooms, they wont even connect to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Atrium!
So if you started building with your supplies, Well you better cross your damn fingers they can connect!
Aside from half the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buildings NOT connecting, you'll be finding yourself enjoying this as a crippled person enjoys being ridiculed by this review. Not at all. Like me, You'll come into it. High expectations. Then the game will promptly open its ♥♥♥♥ flap and rip one on your face. That's what this DLC felt like. Its broken. ITS SO BROKEN.
Aside from that, you clear out ghouls for the first vault.... When I was building, The ghouls spawned on my roof. So when I had to remove the HORRIBLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ BROKEN WALL SYSTEM, It was raining ghouls. It's 5 Dollars, Ill give it that. But this is more like 1 Dollar. Its a waste of money and I'm DAMN glad I bought the Season Pass for $20-30. If you want to build a Vault, and enjoy the building system, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DLC. There's SO MANY issues. Bugs dont even begin to classify it. They try to make a joke out of one of the NPC's you get if you keep the Ghoul-ver-seer around. The joke is he's retarded. You know what else is retarded? The fact my walls wont connect when they have a clear openeing with nothing blocking it.

Aside from this, you'll spend half your time running around doing stupid quests thinking "It's got to get better right!?" The answer is no. I normally DEFEND bethesda, But Bethesda, this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PATHETIC. This is a MESS, An Abomonation.
This is quality I expect from an indie dev ripping off DayZ and Minecraft. But you? No. I normally think "Bugs that you can get past" You CANNOT get past the errors in this DLC. Its horrible. Anyone disliking this review. play the damn DLC for yourself. It sucks.

Let me give you a quick lowdown of GTA and the history of GTA.

GTA was released on PC fairly late, I think we all know this. The online was meh, but it was always meh. Free updates is okay but hey you know, free is free. however there's a twist with this.

Where as a big game like Battlefield 4 back in its hayday, DLC wasnt free. however paying for DLC would certainly cost less than GTA's proposed updates. You pay $20, get content. Simple. GTA you need, to grind. You will not advance in the game, until you grind. You must grind. If you dont want to grind, you have to shovel cash into Rockstars pocket. This will only get you the barebones of what you want.

Even then online is a hellhole. Most of everyone said "♥♥♥♥ paying for cash" (for good reason) and have gotten money from scripters who cheat in cash. And even then scripters run rampid and normally unopposed. They dont have any retribution for banning people no backlash for anything.

to simply put it, GTA O, is a cool concept yes. But milks the fact you the person who enjoys the content of GTA O, Also doesnt have the time to farm, in GTA O. So you're more likely to pay, or try to find a scripter who may potentially ban you, instead of well. Grinding. Grinding is terrible. It's hair pulling annoyance. It's repetitive. Every issue with it is just obvious.

While I do applaud the content of GTA O, it simply plays you the player like a fiddle if you want to play it "Legit" If you dont? You risk getting banned. Even if you get the cash from a scripter and dont report it there's still a tiny chance of getting banned permanently from the games servers. Which they've changed their policies ridiculously.

Once again, GTA O is just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of cool content and terrible management. Now I will say this. I wouldnt mind paying $20 towards the game, if the game gave me more money and not just a 3% of any money I need to accomplish anything. I think we all would. Even then, the game is poorly optimized I'm told.

Singleplayer is cool storys neat, all wraps up. If you want my advice though, Just play Singleplayer with mods. We fought Two Take hard to get Open IV back (which enables you to swap between normal GTA and Modded GTA to prevent getting banned in GTA O for mods) Because singleplayer with mods, is more enjoyable than online. Online is impossible to enjoy anymore.

Dont support Rockstars bad habbit. Dont buy shark cards. If you dont pay them money in micro transactions, they'll either abandon them, Or improve them.

Besides for the devs scamming me and not letting me upgrade to the Titan version after hiding this game on steam

(At least the game won't appear when I search for it)

This game is the biggest waste of money you could spend.

It's an attempt at an "everyone's equal!" Sort of game but here's the thing.

All the same units. You get 4 commanders by default and buy more with actual money. This can range from 5$ to 10$ for a commander reskin.

And to top it off this game has been "finished" after its still unpolished and has massive issues.

The only ONE way the devs could fix this in my eyes, is by making it more custom. Adding different faction units commander abilities and that would be about all.

But that will never happen so don't bother wasting your money on this game. Learn from my mistakes.

And don't get me wrong
Map editor is cool and all,
But this is just. Bad. Even with map editor my own maps won't load unless it's 1 planet half the time...
