I understand that you might feel frustrated at the game and lack of leadership skills among players, but people are new in the game, and you need to accept that.
To start votekicking people because you dont agree with them, or think that they dont uphold the skillset you would like, is to say at least - a childish behaviour.
Get your emotions under control and start acting more mature.
Based on your experience at hell let loose - with 31 hours in the game - i think its rather fare that you give other players a chance. Specially when you yourself havent really played it for that long.
