I remember a hallway conversation I had with one of my law professors during my first year of law school in 1985. I was utterly shocked at how far left our legal jurisprudence had already been bent by liberals in academia. I knew the impact it would have on the predictable enforcement of Rule of Law and how it would massively increase transaction costs for American employers. I said to that young law professor, who looked back at me with a puzzled book on his face, “You do understand how all these rulings will have the effect of pushing employment-producing capital away from the United States and towards foreign jurisdictions?” No, he had no idea what I was talking about. Today we see the results of the decades of carnage in our legal jurisprudence by jurists such as RBG. The randomness of their enlightened and progressive rulings has the same impact on our lowest-skilled workers as systemic racism.
