Definitely the weirdest shmup ive ever played. Play Hellsinker first, itl help you appreciate this more, even though the games are only related in inspiration iirc. Game rules, stick with it to the true final boss. Its doable, trust

Yall how did he make two bangers in a row

edit: beat the game, very mixed. worth playing, really really really obtuse and time consuming and tedious (esp near the end) but it has its highs

The last 4 hours are some of the greatest rpg hours of all time but everything before that can be a trudge sometimes. If the writing lands for you then the work to the S++ tier ending might not even be work.
