Now that Immortal Empires is included with the game, Total War: Warhammer 3 is a must buy for people who like either strategy games or warhammer fantasy. If you like both, then you are seriously missing out on hundreds (potentially thousands) of hours of fun if you don't get this game.

For the record, I "only" have 286 hours played at the time of making this review, but for all three games combined, my playtime is almost 1500 hours. With immortal empires, total war warhammer 3 is essentially just game 1 and 2 combined, with even more content to boot.
