Got the game for free thanks to supporting the Ultimate Edition in Dying Light 2.

This sets the bar really high. Highly improves upon everything. Player controller, graphics, stability (120fps with no framgen!), mocap and animations, voice acting, etc.

This is the true successor to Dying Light (2015).

As much as I would love to recommend this game, just get Phasmophobia instead.

The ghost types are very bland, and majority of the scares come from scripted map events. Once you've played a map two or three times, you've seen it all.

Maps are locked via levels. Equipment is locked via levels. Meaning you have to play the same map with the same equipment in order to progress. Even then, the "end" maps are not really special.

The only thing I would give this games props on is the visual and sound design, but majority of that heavy lifting is just Unreal Engine.

The developers are also making a "night club simulator", abandoning this game as well.

So much wasted potential.

Wonder why

I stole around 10,000 worth of goods from a Tailor and sold it around for a fraction of the price. Someone snitched, and now the guards won't leave me be.

I then decided to re-visit the tailor and kill him, steal his stock again, and now there's a manhunt on me for execution

10/10 game.

A healthy combo of Bannerlord, Enshrouded, and Civ.

Was thoroughly surprised at how in-depth the mechanics and the sheer amount of content that are for an early access. Can't wait to see this game grow.
Also turn off the AI-voices. Granted it's disclosed that it will be removed when real voice actors come into play, so that's a plus.

Pulled up to a multi car collision, and interviewing a witness who is clearly drunk.
As I'm interviewing them, another drunk driver crashes into the pileup.

They both had warrants. I accidentally shot one instead of tazing. Arrested for police brutality.
10/10 game.

(Also for those who think that cops always are in high tense situations, only 27% of cops in their entire career have fired their service weapon. Cops are not guns blazing and in shootouts every year. If you want shootouts, play Ready or Not)

Makes Diablo look bad.
The game is great with amazing mechanics, and a lot of in-depth customization. Community (global chat) are nice and down to help you if you get stuck.

Now.

If you've played PoE1 before, this is completely different. PoE1 was a "turn your brain off" kind of game. Very easy to stay alive and just mash 3 buttons.

This is not. Bosses have phases, and some phases become ridiculous. The amount of people in global chat stuck on Act 1 is alarming.

This *is a difficult game* by design. Adapt, and you'll be fine.

My friend posted this game on our discord and I checked it out. Had some money in my steam wallet from selling skins so why not?

This game has NO RIGHT to be this good. The gunplay is solid, the comedy is just right, and the visuals are acidic.

Some choppy areas here and there from optimization but not all the time.

Genuinly a great arcade shooter.
