There are no global mods anymore, only Steam support and they won't do anything. Only thing to do is tell friend to report on profile and hope they'll get trade banned. But don't put a report in yourself as that does not help the situation with false reports (only people effected should report only).

Max can't do anything. Tell your friend to report the user from their profile, learn from what happened and move on.

The Retired Mods didn't do "a trashy job". Valve was (still is regarding our Inet safety f.e.) a "dificult" employer.
