I've bought the season pass, and got this DLC, but none of them are available in the charecter creator. . . is there something I have to do?

I Realy like this game but there is one thing i would request added a sensitivity calculator so that you can get the same sensitivity on every game you play like destiny siege csgo and others like overwatch and fortnite
