Unfortunately this is another shady developer who revokes keys years later, under false pretences.

Keep in mind, developers cannot revoke Steam purchases. For your own safety, do not purchase keys from untrustworthy websites. Be sure to contact the retailer for a refund if you believe the purchased key was legitimate.

there would be No Keys when you Not create Them.
