Because we think CSGO shouldn't be a guys' club.

This is primarily a safe place for women/girls to find people to play with so they're not alone in dealing with toxic pubbies, but that protection and safe space also applies to anyone else who needs it. If you find yourself griefed, kicked, or otherwise harassed in game, we can help you.


We are a group of girls, guys, and all other sorts who believe in the following:
1) The CSGO community is currently generally toxic to women.
2) People should not be afraid to play because of gender-targeted harassment.
3) By joining together, like-minded individuals can make a change in the community.

We are a support group for victims of harassment and griefing.
We will pair with you for queues so that you aren't afraid of facing toxic pubbies alone.
We collect evidence for misogyny and gender discrimination in the CSGO community, including incriminating individual offenders.
We are vigilantes who push together to remove toxic individuals from the CSGO community.
We raise awareness for our cause.
We are activists.

You individually don't have to be all of these things to join. Most of us may simply use this group to find partners to play with so that we aren't alone facing harassment in matches. Not all of us are comfortable being outspoken. You are welcome here as long as you share our beliefs and are not harming other members.

This group will be strictly moderated, and anyone who demonstrates toxicity, malice, or harmful behavior will be removed. Offenders may also be treated the same as we would treat any in-game offender, depending on severity: the evidence will be collected, the offender will be reported for harassment, we will notify Valve, and we may publicly shame them. We will take every step necessary to keep this a safe space.
