Oh Davis...

So this one time, we were all together at this Halo party and stuff and it was totally rad and we were playing Capture the Flag and then we started playing Slayer and like 15 minutes into the game Davis was all like "Hay guys, wherr's teh flag?" and we all laughed and laughed and Davis went sad and we laughed but then felt bad but then remembered what Davis said and laughed and laughed but then thought it was totally rad cool and made it the name of our group of buddies!

So yeah, our updates have been running on Valve time lately.... But on to bigger and better things.

I'm making an announcement to see if we can get some discussion going amongst ourselves.

Valve is set to show us a big "surprise" at E3 in approximately 4 days, and I'm wondering what all of you think it could be. So far we know two things, first that it is NOT Half Life: 2 Episode 3, and second that Portal 2 will be shown at E3, but it is not the surprise either. On a side note Portal 2 has been pushed back until 2011 :( So I would love to here some thoughts as to what ya'll think could be up Valves pipes. Lets see some comments!

Hey all!

Be sure to check this page regularly this season as winter is fast approaching and many begin to get cooped up indoors with boredom as a friend. I'm trying to get ahead of the game and organize a few things for this group.

#1 - A designated gaming night. What I need at this point is a response on your top 2-3 nights of the week that you would be available for the next few months. With so many people in our group, gaming night would be in no way mandatory and in fact would acquire no benefit to everyone attending. It would just be that night of the week when you can assume Steam will be the most populated with friends and when events such as L4D Versus will happen.

#2 - CUDI

#3 – A mailing list. I want to setup one up to allow a more convenient method of notification for everyone that doesn't depend on Steam. The main reason for this is that Tony or I may post something here and many peeps don't read until for a few months. So, if you want to receive notifications of gaming opportunities, learn what CUDI is and other what not, throw your e-mail address my way: ihottenBANSHEE@gmail.com (Remove the spectral creature to find my e-mail address)

#4 – Promotion. Tony and I have been receiving many an-insult at our lack of update-age. Our only defense is that we have LIVES outside of Steam. Our bad I guess. Anyway, to lessen our load, I've decided that we should promote one of you out there to officer and help us make announcements, plan shizz and choose Player of the Week. So, what I need from you guys is a nomination for someone(s) other than yourselves and a reason why they would make a good upstanding officer in our group.

TLDR: We’re creating a gaming night, mailing list, and promoting someone to officer.

We’ll make a decision soon here on gaming night and officer promotion once we have enough responses, so let me know or comment here ASAP.

Dude Isiah im always game for some TF2... me and Neil dominated some hoes last night... (heavy+medic) since i officially now have all unlockable wepons for all characters (so far) i shall now be going back to my fav. class the Medic, so if ya see me on toss me a message if ya want some heals.. or anything really... hope to hear from y'all soon and dominating some more noobs on TF2... (if you want L4D i could get on meh bro's acc. but well i enjoy TF2 a bit more)
