In fact only rule for me is to play wise, no selling ireland to ottoman, no meaningless actions like attack Austria with Chimu without CB so on.
I dont restrict on country selection, since rarely a player stay with us for the whole session.

Well since only tollman and captain were in place and noone else wanted to join, hehosting today is cancelled, next rehosting tomorrow, same schedule.
