Hey, hello, welcome to the official revival group for Dead Island: Epidemic! We're all here to help making it possible to revive the game we all loved. After it being shut down a year ago, it is now the time to bring it back.

How can I help? Invite your friends. The more people get to witness this group, the better it is. If people see how important this is for us, the chances of bringing the game back are going to spike.

Can we succeed? We can't make promises. What we can tell for sure though, that it's not just a steam group or a simple petition. It's way more than that, but as long as things aren't a bit clearer, we can't give many information on how it's gonna be.

Hey, everyone. I am not obliged to write this post, but I feel like it's gotten quiet lately.

I want to give a heads-up to everyone who is currently left on thinking we're not getting anywhere. I am not here to praise the mods for doing work, or make sure to tell everyone stories of how it's going forward, because right now, it's not going anywhere.
We're having difficulties, due to something I can not tell. It's not because we got denied or anything, those are actually personal issues that keep us from moving forward. I don't know how long it will take. But we all knew this wasn't going to happen within just a few days. I'm still full of hope, and I hope you people are, too. It's about waiting, and hoping... I know that some of you merely manage that, but I just wanted to say..

Thanks for everyone who participated regarding the feedbacks. I am still working on reading all of them, and my plan of fitting them into a short video. It's a lot of work actually, but I am looking forward to doing it, even if it takes time.

What's going to happen, now? Good question. Right now, you could consider it a break. Not much is happening and I won't make up stuff. Though I did want everyone to know that we've not ended the journey or whatever. It's just.. things are complicated right now.
The group is still growing slowly and even though there's a lot negative stuff going on, that won't keep me from believing that we're going to move forward.

Please don't lose hope. We'll get to our goal. Someday.

Long time no see!
Thank you everyone for the support, we have now reached 3200 members in less than a month and we’re insanely proud to keep it growing. We are now ready to move a few steps further. It’s still a long way, and there’s a lot that’ll hold us back, but for now, we urgently need your help!

We had a lot of chats about what we should do and we decided on something regarding the entire community. The conclusion is that we need prove of how much the game is loved. We can have this little group with tons of people in it, but we feel like everyone should get his own voice. In order to make that happen, please participate in the quick survey you’ll find at the end of this!

We were planning on setting up something we can show to prove that the game is wanted, still. And since we can’t be the only ones with a big voice in this, we want you to get one as well. It’ll help us if everyone shortly writes down what he liked about the game, and what he missed. We’ll take screenshots of it and probably edit the most creative ones into a short video. Anything can help. Not just the comments, but also old gameplays, poems, short stories, fanart etc. will help us show how much we love the game!

Question 1: What did you like the most about Dead Island: Epidemic? What was the most exciting for you every time you opened up the game?

Question 2: For how long have you actually played? And for how long are you going to plan on playing once the game goes back live?

Please bring the game back. Someone please convince Deep Silver and Stunlock Studios to make it back or create a 12 player coop game with the same graphics with impressive abilities and weapons.
