Temporary group for the players group playing the free mod with us

This Group was creating to find the players who want to co play the mod with us when we play it soon and to easily locate and invite them all into the server also will include the mods name dl link and how to dl if you dont own or have hl2 installed.

FIRST OF ALL INSTALL HL2 or INSTALL TF2 if you don't own hl2. (installing Source Sdk Base 2007 and Source Sdk base 2013 multiplayer
in tools folder helps as insurance also)

(Scroll down and download the Obsidian Beta 1.35 Full file .exe.) (The installation will likely give you an error at the very end just ignore it still usually installs just fine with it.)

IGNORE THE HOTFIX DOWNLOAD (we should be able to play fine without it fixes minor things and the download installation for it is messy so lets just ignore and not install that)

RESTART STEAM and the mod appears in your library games list.

PLEASE WAIT TO PLAY IT until we co-play it so its fresh and more fun for all.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE issues inside the game bug wise trying to get in the server make sure you are running the game in administrator mode.)

Will use this group to gather and invite people when we play so they are easy to find and also to use voice chat for one underwater mic since you can't hear mics while swimming underwater inside the game well.

ONCE your IN GAmE and all works goto console type in bind mwheeldown +jump
(this will let you bhop easily which is very easy in this mod and is crucial)

LAUNCH ISSUES/INSTALATION the game is hard to get working at first but is usually fine once you get past that hump. If you are having launch issues msg me and I can help you fix them. Also when exiting the game it likes to leave hl2.exe up in your computer processes, so do cntrl+alt+delete goto processes and turn off hl2.exe if that happens so you can relaunch the mod or play a different valve game or just exit steam in general.

If you want the mod to work nowadays you have to delete your sdk base 2007 in tools and reinstall or update it to steamworks conversion file format by clicking it ect. It bugs out a lot when u try to convert it so its just easier to delete content and reinstall to get it all new.(ONLY DO THIS IF YOUR ♥♥♥♥ WAS PRESTEAMPIPE ORANGE BOX UPDATE. FOR ME IT WAS BECAUSE I USE TO PLAY ALOTA MODS. This dates back like to pre 2004 so probably wont apply to anyone anymore.)
