updates to server.

added third person.
added fov.
fixed player airblasting, no longer able to airblast oposing team.
fixed bot dying from spawn rockets
stopped bot from taunting.
now going close to the bot will cause you to be slain.
relocated speedo to very bottom of screen and changed colour to white.
on death you will see both speed and deflections of the rocket that killed you instead of just speed.
