The main idea behind Wage Quit is to give online streams a more interactive experience by allowing viewers to bet on matches happening live. The quick run down of how it works is following:

1. Streamers create bets and prizes for their stream
2. Viewers use their points to accept bets
3. If they win the bet, they win points
4. Viewers redeem the points for the prizes the streamer has set

The whole idea is to give streams a new and fun incentive to involve the viewer. The prizes viewers earn is entirely up to each streamer's creativity.

Currently, Wage Quit is compatible with Counter Strike: Global Offensive but will be branching off to other games soon!

WageQuit Steam Trading Bot Goes Live

The past month and a half I've been working on getting a trade bot up and running for WageQuit. What this means for the latest update is that streamers will be able to set inventory items as immediately tradable and automated prizes for their stream. Here's the rundown:

Setting Up the Prize

A Streamer wants to set an inventory item as an automated prize for their stream and makes sure their Steam Third-Party Trade URL is set (see below).
When adding a prize, the Streamer loads his/her inventory and selects the item(s) (multiple items can be selected)
The Streamer then sets the prize parameters (cost & description)
When complete, the bot sends a trade offer for the items selected
The Streamer accepts the trade and the item(s) are given to the bot for storage

At this point the prize is set and is available on the Streamer's channel to be claimed by his/her viewers. If at any time the Streamer wants their item returned, they just remove the prize from their list and the bot will send a trade offer to return the item.

Claiming the Prize

A Viewer has accumulated the required points and has set their Steam Third-Party Trade URL (see below)
The Viewer claims the prize like any other prize by clicking the 'Claim' button of the desired prize
A popup window will show asking to confirm the prize and parameters
Upon confirming, the bot will send a trade offer to the Viewer with the prescribed item(s)
Once the trade has been completed, the prize will be listed as claimed.

Adding Your Steam Third-Party Site Trade URL

Any user that wishes to take advantage of this feature must supply their Steam Third-Party Site Trade URL to Wage Quit in order to allow trades between your account and Wage Quit. Once you have your Trade URL, set the URL within Wage Quit's Dashboard Page[www.wagequit.com] to begin.

Streamer Prerequisites

Currently, the steam trading bot is only available to select Streamers of the Wage Quit community in order to test further before releasing publicly. If you would like to inquire about participating in this testing phase, let me know via steam message or send an e-mail to wagequit@gmail.com.

Selected Streamers will be donated inventory items in order to facilitate the testing of this feature.

I hope my computer doesn't over heat (i still need to get a new fan) but I am finally going to try to attempt to stream on this website. You can still watch from twitch but if you watch through this website you can earn prizes by getting points.

You don't have to use real money or cs go skins to place bets, its just betting through the system & winning prizes pretty much for free :D
