While we notice your concern for the current lack of ban status of canada, Westifer, Cyrusc, and everyone, we feel no official action can take place without a official vote.

If you seek to further pursue this issue, you will have to initialize a properly documented vote within the Council and recieve a 2/3 majority vote for full community bannation.
