The Vaccinator used to be trash. After Tough Break, it became potentially the best pub medigun, and it could also be decent in comp.

Tenets:

1. The Vaccinator is the BEST medigun! All who claim otherwise must be enlightened!
2. Resists > Overheal! Why have +50% health (enough to survive just one pill, sticky, rocket or meatshot) when you could have an effective +75% health for 2.5 seconds, guaranteed?
3. Ubercharge ALL the people! With the charge rate under fire, you can uber multiple members of your team whenever you are attacked for an entire game.

Spread the word, enlighten those medics who misplace their faith in the flighty Quickfix, the unstable Kritzkrieg, or the slow Stock Medigun.
